Insurance Classes
The BII offers classes in two semesters each year, February – May (Spring Semester) and September – December / January (Fall Semester). These classes prepare the student for exams in the January - March and April - June exams windows respectively. Students are encouraged to register early to take advantage of the early bird discount date, a $50 savings. BII Member and Patron company employees get an additional discount off the class registration fees.

The BII offers a variety of classes from foundation subjects to the more advanced level. Classes are held during the lunch time (12:30 – 2:00pm) and in the early evening (5:30 – 7:00pm). All classes are held at the BII’s offices in the Cedarpark Centre on Cedar Avenue, Hamilton.
ORDERING STUDY MATERIALS
All study material must be ordered on line from The American Insurance Institute’s website http://www.aicpcu.org/ or by calling them at (610) 644-2101. It is in your interest to order your materials as soon as possible and to start reading in preparation for your class or exam.
COURSE COUNSELLING
Students working in the insurance industry should liaise with their Human Resource Managers or Training Officers before registering. PREREQUISITES
New students, without certificates or diplomas, must have a sound educational background with a good command of the English language. Students not meeting this standard requirement are encourage to enrol in and pass the Bermuda College course "Preparatory College Writing I".
CANCELLATIONS AND WITHDRAWALS - Effective January 2013
Written notification is required for withdrawal from class. Changes for course withdrawals or cancellations area as follows:
3 or more working days advance notice 100% refund
1 - 2 working days advance notice 90% refund
Cancellations on the 1st - 3rd day of class 80% refund
Cancellation after the 3rd class NO REFUND.
